Since its inception in 1994, Theology & Sexuality has been the primary vehicle for those undertaking theological studies of sexuality and gender issues. It is an international, peer reviewed journal that also aims to be accessible to those with a non-professional interest in the field such as those engaged in counselling. The themes addressed by the journal include theological constructions of sex and gender, marriage, models of the family, deconstructive and reconstructive approaches to traditional Christian (and other traditions) teaching on sexuality, sexuality and violence and oppression, and the ethics of personal relationships.

The journal acknowledges the support of The Centre for the Study of Christianity and Sexuality whose members can opt to receive the journal as part of their annual membership.

Founded in 1944 at Princeton Theological Seminary, Theology Today is a peer-reviewed, quarterly journal whose contributors include both emerging and established scholars. The editors seek to introduce to an ecumenical readership of academics and religious leaders significant new figures and movements in Christian theology, to foster intellectual encounters between Christianity and the other Abrahamic faiths, and to bring theological reflection and assessment into dialogue with emerging forms of church life and mission.

The primary editorial goal of Theology and Science is to publish critically reviewed articles that promote the creative mutual interaction between the natural sciences and theology. While the journal assumes the integrity of each domain, its primary aim is to explore this interaction in terms of the implications of the natural sciences for constructive research in philosophical and systematic theology, the philosophical and theological elements within and underlying theoretical research in the natural sciences, and the relations and interactions between theological and scientific methodologies. The secondary editorial goal is to monitor and critically assess debates and controversies arising in the broader field of science and religion. Thus, Theology and Science will investigate, analyze, and report on issues as they arise with the intention of prompting further academic discussion of them.This editorial policy is formulated with the guiding confidence that a serious dialogue between science and theology will lead to a variety of new and progressive research programs, and that these in turn will yield new insights, deeper understanding, and new knowledge at the frontiers of science and religion. Theoretical Biology and Medical Modelling is ready to receive manuscripts on all aspects of biology and the conceptual modelling required to understand its complexity.

TCA publishes papers in all fields of theoretical chemistry, computational chemistry, and modeling. Fundamental studies as well as applications are included in the scope. In many cases, theorists and computational chemists have special concerns which reach either across the vertical borders of the special disciplines in chemistry or else across the horizontal borders of structure, spectra, synthesis, and dynamics. TCA is especially interested in papers that impact upon multiple chemical disciplines. TCA was founded in 1962 specifically to provide theoretical chemists with a high-quality, peer reviewed communication medium for their work. Theoretical Computer Science is mathematical and abstract in spirit, but it derives its motivation from practical and everyday computation. Its aim is to understand the nature of computation and, as a consequence of this understanding, provide more efficient methodologies. All papers introducing or studying mathematical, logic and formal concepts and methods are welcome, provided that their motivation is clearly drawn from the field of computing.Any queries about submissions and peer review should be addressed to the TCS editorial office: tcs@elsevier.com.Papers published in Theoretical Computer Science are grouped in three sections according to their nature. The first section `Algorithms, automata, complexity and games' is devoted to the study of algorithms and their complexity using analytical, combinatorial or probabilistic methods. It includes the whole field of abstract complexity (i.e. all the results about the hierarchies that can be defined using Turing machines), the whole field of automata and language theory (including automata on infinite words and infinitary languages), the whole field of geometrical (graphic) applications and the whole field of measurement of system performance using statistical methods.The second section,`Logic, semantics and theory of programming', is devoted to formal methods to check properties of programs or implement formally described languages; it contains all papers dealing with semantics of sequential and parallel programming languages. All formal methods treating these problems are published in this section, including rewriting techniques, abstract data types, automatic theorem proving, calculi such as SCP or CCS, Petri nets, new logic calculi and developments in categorical methods.The third section, 'Natural Computing', is devoted to the study of computing occurring in nature and computing inspired by nature. In the rapidly evolving field of computer science, natural computing plays an important role as the catalyst for the synergy of human designed computing with the computing going on in nature. This synergy leads to a deeper and broader understanding of the nature of computation. Although natural computing is concerned also with experiments and applications, this section of Theoretical Computer Science is focused on the theoretical aspects of natural computing with clear relevance to computing. Among others, it will contain papers dealing with the theoretical issues in evolutionary computing, neural networks, molecular computing, and quantum computing.

Theoretical Criminology is a major interdisciplinary, international, peer reviewed journal for the advancement of the theoretical aspects of criminological knowledge. Theoretical Criminology is concerned with theories, concepts, narratives and myths of crime, criminal behaviour, social deviance, criminal law, morality, justice, social regulation and governance. The journal is committed to renewing general theoretical debate, exploring the interrelation of theory and data in empirical research and advancing the links between criminological analysis and general social, political and cultural theory.

Theoretical Ecology publishes innovative research in theoretical ecology, including ecophysiology, population ecology, behavioral ecology, evolutionary ecology, ecosystem ecology, community ecology, and ecosystem and landscape ecology. The editors emphasize work that bridges disciplinary boundaries, such as the intersection between quantitative social sciences and ecology, or physical influences on ecological processes.The contents include regular articles, review papers, and rapid communications. Theoretical Issues in Ergonomics Science aims to advance the science and philosophy of human-centered design. The journal focuses on a broad array of theoretical issues, methodology, and philosophical dialogues within the science of human factors and ergonomics, and is a highly respected forum for interdisciplinary discussion within this field, cutting across the design, engineering, technology, and management of human-compatible systems in the broadest sense. The Journal is proactive in its mission to develop a unique discipline, and seeks to define and promote theories of ergonomics as distinct and inherently valuable for the global knowledge community, including human factors scientists and engineers, ergonomists, industrial designers, industrial engineers, systems engineers, design engineers, cognitive and organizational psychologists, occupational health specialists and human-computer interaction specialists.Theoretical Issues in Ergonomics Science emphasizes new knowledge, publishing original, high-quality, peer-reviewed papers as well as commissioned reviews and peer-reviewed commentaries. Starting in 2001 under the new editorship of Manfred Krifka (Humboldt University, Berlin), THEORETICAL LINGUISTICS has appeared as an open peer review journal. Each issue contains one long target article about a topic of general linguistic interest, together with several shorter reactions, comments and reflections on it. We hope that this format stimulates discussion in linguistics and adjacent fields of study, in particular across schools of different theoretical orientations.
