Supply Chain Forum: an International Journal (SCFIJ) is a peer reviewed periodical providing a broad international coverage of subjects relating to the management of the supply chain. It focuses on the integration of supply, production, distribution and sales. It is concerned with the management of the global supply chain from primary supplier to final customer. It provides in-depth research articles and company case studies that enrich both the knowledge of the discipline and the practices of supply chain management.

SCFIJ is designed to appeal to managers and researchers concerned with supply chain management, inter-firm relationship and organization and new technologies. Its aims are:
·       to present the latest thinking, research and emerging
concepts of supply chain management
·        to explore the overall philosophy of supply chain
management
·        to further first class supply chain practices 

It includes original material concerned with all facets of supply chain management in the form of:
·        articles with a fundamental basis and research papers presenting results and practical applications
·        papers providing experiences and practical features of supply chain management
·        commented case studies illustrating international application problems

Supply Chain Forum: an International Journal welcomes research papers based on new and innovative supply chain management practices. Any appropriate research methods may be used and each paper should justify the method applied. Case studies are also welcome where they illustrate international application problems and generate discussion about supply chain policies, practices and methods. 2-3 managers or researchers, experts in the field, are invited to comment the case studies. Authors should relate their work to the existing knowledge in the field, and have impact on the SC operations in companies, setting the agenda for future research.

Contents of Supply Chain Forum: an International Journal are targeted to academics (professors, researchers), students and practitioners (supply chain managers, consultants). It is not the appropriate journal for theoretical papers without any managerial implications. 

All submitted manuscripts are subject to initial appraisal by the Editor, and, if found suitable for further consideration, to peer review by at least two independent, anonymous expert referees. Reviewers are drawn from the Editorial Board and a list of occasional reviewers who have been nominated for their expertise. Reviewers’ comments are based on relevance to the field, particularly applicability in industry, besides originality and scientific rigor. All peer review is double blind and submission is online via ScholarOne.

SCM: it pushes the boundaries of supply chain research and practice. Contributions must extend supply chain knowledge beyond a dyadic perspective and consider challenges posed by issues such as globalisation and disruption.

'Supportive Care in Cancer' provides members of the Multinational Association of Supportive Care in Cancer (MASCC) and all other interested individuals, groups and institutions with the most recent scientific and social information on all aspects of supportive care in cancer patients. The journal primarily covers medical, technical and surgical topics concerning supportive therapy and care which may supplement or substitute basic cancer treatment at all stages of the disease. Nursing, rehabilitative, psychosocial and spiritual issues of support is also covered.

Supramolecular Chemistry welcomes manuscripts from the fields and sub-disciplines related to supramolecular chemistry. From crown ethers to calixarenes, supramolecular modelling studies to the modification and assembly of artificial DNA, as well as inorganic-based systems, we interpret supramolecular chemistry in the broadest sense. Interdisciplinary manuscripts are particularly encouraged. These include communications, which are given high priority in review and production, and full papers. Accounts, reviews and highlight articles are also welcomed. Surface Engineering provides a forum for the publication of international, peer reviewed material on this important enabling technology. The journal embraces science, technology, engineering and design aspects of the use of surface engineering to produce cost-effective substrate-surface systems having functional, mechanical, tribological and/or chemical properties that cannot be achieved from the individual components alone. Coverage includes, inter alia, design, surface modification technologies and process control, and the characterisation and properties of the system or component, including quality control and non-destructive examination.Types of contribution include* original papers reporting research and practice (up to 4000 words plus figures and illustrations)* short communications, providing a rapid publication route for preliminary announcements or short accounts of new techniques (typically 1000-1500 words with, at most, four figures and/or tables) * state of the art reviews, providing critical assessments of important areas of the discipline (typically 5000-6000 words plus figures and tables)* validated industrial case studies and technology updates (typically 500-1000 words plus three or four illustrations).

Surface Engineering and Applied Electrochemistry is the official journal of the Academy of Sciences of Moldova. It publishes theoretical and applied articles dealing with a broad spectrum of topics in surface engineering and the application of electrochemistry in industrial processing. The journal elucidates the methods and processes of the electrical treatment of materials, utilization of electrical fields, currents and charges, improvement of existing technologies, intensification of heat-and-mass transfer processes, and treatment of biological media and foodstuffs. A partial list of topics explored in the journal includes precision machining by spark erosion; electrochemical precision machining and surface finishing; surface layer hard alloying of metals; deposition of coatings from metal plasma; and electrolytic heating, magnetic annealing, electrolyte solutions and processes. This journal also features sections on equipment and instrumentation.
