The Journal of Educational & Psychological Consultation (JEPC) provides a forum for improving the scientific understanding of consultation and for describing practical strategies to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of consultation services. Consultation is broadly defined as a process that facilitates problem solving for individuals, groups, and organizations. JEPC publishes articles and special thematic issues that describe formal research, evaluate practice, examine the program implementation process, review relevant literature, investigate systems change, discuss salient issues, and carefully document the translation of theory into practice. Examples of topics of interest include individual, group, and organizational consultation; collaboration; community-school-family partnerships; consultation training; educational reform; ethics and professional issues; health promotion; personnel preparation; preferral interventions; prevention; program planning, implementation, and evaluation; school to work transitions; services coordination; systems change; and teaming. Of interest are manuscripts that address consultation issues relevant to clients of all age groups, from infancy to adulthood. Manuscripts that investigate and examine how culture, language, gender, race, ethnicity, religion, and exceptionality influence the process, content, and outcome of consultation are encouraged. In addition to publishing research and theoretical articles, JEPC publishes three special columns, The Book and Material Reviews Column, The Consultant' Corner, and The Diversity Column. The main purpose of the Journal of Elasticity is to report original and significant discoveries in elasticity, in the form of full research papers, research notes and well-documented historical essays. Materials which will prove effective in teaching appear as classroom notes. The journal provides a forum for original contributions in the physical and mathematical science of solids and in the broader areas of mechanics, mechanics of materials, and engineering sciences that have a bearing on developments in elasticity. The Journal of Elasticity was founded in 1971 by Marvin Stippes.

This journal is included in the Springer Nature Read & Publish agreement:
Publish open access with without publishing fees in eligible Springer, Nature Research and Palgrave hybrid journals, when primary corresponding author has an eligible University of Exeter affiliation.
Eligible article types are: original paper; review paper; brief communication; continuing education. When publishing in a Nature Portfolio hybrid journal, original paper is the only eligible article type.

For articles that do not have an Exeter corresponding author, select the subscription publishing option and self-archive the accepted manuscript in ORE using Rights Retention.

This agreement does not include Springer Nature open access journals.
