ACS ES&T Toxicology publishes research understanding the effects of anthropogenic impacts and harmful substances on environmental and human health, ecosystems, and ecosystem services. It covers the intersection of human toxicology, ecotoxicology and risk assessment of chemicals. The scope covers how major anthropogenic pressures–chemical contamination, urbanization, food production, water and waste management, and climate change–affect biological systems across scales, from molecular and cellular responses to organisms, populations, and communities. Topics include:

• Toxicology of chemical and environmental stressors relevant to One Health and Planetary Health
• Effects of synthetic organic chemicals, their transformation products, metals and metalloids, particles (engineered nanoparticles and plastic), natural toxins and other anthropogenic stressors
• Experimental toxicology (lab and field) and predictive toxicology
• Sustainable and safe-by-design chemicals, hazard and risk assessment
• Pathway-based toxicology: mechanistic studies, adverse outcome pathways, toxicokinetic and toxicodynamic models
• Integrative toxicology that links molecular and cellular mechanisms, environmental exposure science, and computational modeling to assess chemical hazards and risks to human and ecological health
• Chemical mixture toxicity, cumulative exposure, and real-world complexity
• Effects of chemical mixtures in combination with non-chemical stressors such as climate change and extreme weather, on populations, communities, biodiversity, and ecosystem services
• Integrated molecular genomic and ecophysiological approaches to assess species susceptibility and adaptive responses to anthropogenic pollution
• Exposome, epidemiology and public health
• Advances in non-animal testing: New Approach Methodologies (NAM), in-vitro methods, in-silico modelling (QSAR, machine learning, AI-assisted)
• Policy development for chemical risk assessment, water and environmental quality, food safety, safe consumer products

Cirugía Cardiovascular es el órgano oficial de la Sociedad Española de Cirugía Torácica y Cardiovascular (SECTCV) y actúa como herramienta de expresión de todos los cirujanos torácicos y cardiovasculares de habla hispana. La misión de la Sociedad Española de Cirugía Torácica y Cardiovascular es asegurar la calidad en el ejercicio de las cirugías torácica y cardiovascular mediante la formación, la promoción de la investigación, el desarrollo y difusión de estándares y guías, y su influencia sobre las políticas sanitarias a nivel nacional.

The journal is aimed mainly at allergologists, but also medical doctors working in related fields, such as otolaryngology, pulmonology, and dermatology.

The main goal of the journal is to ensure rapid publication of important research papers and interesting case studies from the following areas:
allergology,
diagnostics,
therapy of allergic diseases,
in particular in the area of immunotherapy,
rhinitis,
asthma.

The Editorial Board accepts for publication original papers, case studies and letters to the Editor. We also publish review articles (both commissioned and those agreed upon with the Editor-in-Chief), articles dealing with standards of medical practice, as well as special issues.

The journal is published quarterly. We guarantee short review times (up to two weeks) and immediate publication on-line upon Editor acceptance.
